129. Barry Howard – BLOOD CANCER
Barry Howard gave life to the role of Barry Stuart-Hargreaves in the show, Hi-de-Hi! Howard went through great struggles in order to be able to fund his drama studies. He worked backstage in a theatre in order to be able to achieve his goal. He also performed in shows like Terry and June and You Rang M’Lord? He had a long fight with blood cancer and it was in 2016 that he finally lost the battle. However, his cancer didn’t stop him from performing until his death, as we saw him on-screen until 2015.
