Gabourey Sidibe – 50 Pounds – Healthy Eating Of Fruits And Vegetables
Since her breakthrough role as Precious for which she received several award nominations, Gabourey has shown a dramatic weight transformation after losing 50 pounds. Apart from adopting healthier eating habits, Sidibe opted to go under the knife for a bariatric procedure, and as it seems, it worked wonders for her. She revealed that her weight loss was made specifically for health reasons. She was diagnosed with diabetes and that served as the reality check she needed to drop the extra weight. She’s continued shedding off pounds and chronicled the experience in a book she released in 2017.
