Chris bought the land for $7 million and spent another $8 million for his mega-mansion’s construction. It spans over 11 acres of land, has eight bedrooms, eleven bathrooms, and a stunning lagoon pool. Housing experts claimed that his plans have increased the average housing prices in the area.
