228. Richard Harris – ENFERMEDAD DE HODGKIN
Harris fue un famoso actor y cantante irlandés, desde sus inicios (en el año 1956) apareció en numerosas películas. En 1963 interpretó a Frank Machin en la película basada en una novela This Sporting Life, con esta actuación obtuvo una nominación en los Premios Óscar como mejor actor. También le dio vida al profesor Albus Dumbledore en las dos primeras películas de Harry Potter. Sin embargo, en 1978 estuvo al borde de la muerte tras abusar del alcohol y por su adicción a las drogas. Se las arregló para dejar de beber y abandonar las drogas y vivió hasta los 72 años, cuando murió por un linfoma de Hodgkin.
