Não se sabe exatamente quanto peso ela perdeu, mas sabemos que ela conseguiu derrubar dois tamanhos de vestido, que em média significa cerca de 9 quilos a menos. Após se tornar uma rotina, os exercícios físicos passam a ser uma atividade prazerosa e os resultados são ótimos para o corpo e a mente.
