Sie arbeitete auch als Umweltschützerin und wurde sogar einmal während eines Protestes verhaftet. Leider wurde Hannah einer plastischen Operation unterzogen, die ihr nicht gut tat. Du weißt es vielleicht nicht, aber sie ist seit 2018 mit Neil Young, dem legendären Gitarristen und Sänger, verheiratet. Laut ihrer IMDb-Seite wird Hannah in einem neuen Film namens Undateable John auftreten.
