Victoria è famosa per il ruolo di Pamela Barnes Ewing nella serie americana di soap opera Dallas. Il suo ruolo di Pamela nella soap opera è durato 9 anni. Nel 1989, Victoria era appassionata di terapie di bellezza naturali e pubblicò la sua linea per la cura della pelle chiamata Principal Secret.
