Kristy McNichol ist ein Multitalent. Sie ist Schauspielerin, Sängerin, Produzentin und sogar Komikerin. Kristy ist bekannt für ihre Rolle in Little Darlings als Angel und als Polly in Only When I Laugh. Sie war auch in einer TV-Sitcom, Empty Nest als Barbara Weston. Sie begann 1970 mit der Schauspielerei und gewann als Letitia “Buddy” Lawrence zwei Emmy Awards für das TV-Drama Family. Leider ging sie 1998 nach 24 Jahren in der Hollywood-Branche in den Ruhestand.
