Jami Gertz – Square Pegs, geboren 1965
Jami Gertz spielte 1982 mit Sarah Jessica Parker in Square Pegs. Obwohl die Show selbst nicht lange andauerte, wurde diese Schauspielerin besonders wahrgenommen. Danach bekam sie Angebote, in Diff’rent Strokes und The Facts of Life zu spielen und hatte auch Rollen in Filmen wie The Lost Boys und Sixteen Candles aufgenommen. Nachdem sie die Rolle der Rachel bei Friends abgelehnt hatte, begann sie eine Karriere als Designerin in Paris. 1996 kehrte sie mit der Rolle in Twister zu ihrer Schauspielkarriere zurück und trat in der juristischen Sitcom Ally McBeal auf. Jami ist heute eine 53-jährige Schauspielerin, deren letztes Projekt The Neighbors vom Sender ABC war.
