Berry hat in legendären Filmen wie Boomerang, Die Another Day und Cloud Atlas mitgewirkt. Sie litt einst unter Drogenmissbrauch, bekam aber später Hilfe von Behandlungszentren für Drogenmissbrauch. Im Jahr 2019 spielte Berry in dem neuen John Wick: Chapter 3 – Parabellum Film. Sie ist bereit, zwei neue Filme zu machen.
