Gabourey Sidibe – 50 Pfund – Gesunde Ernährung von Obst und Gemüse
Seit ihrer bahnbrechenden Rolle als Precious, für die sie mehrere Preis-Nominierungen erhielt, hat Gabourey nach dem Verlust von 50 Pfund eine dramatische Gewichtsveränderung gezeigt. Bei ihr wurde Diabetes diagnostiziert, und das diente als Realitätsprüfung, die sie brauchte, um das zusätzliche Gewicht zu reduzieren. Sie hat weiterhin Pfunde abgebaut und die Erfahrung in einem Buch festgehalten, das sie 2017 veröffentlicht hat.
