Tom Arnold – 100 Pfund – Low-Carb-Diät & Sport
Inspiriert, seine Gesundheit nach der Geburt seines Sohnes auf die Spur zu bringen, verlor er 100 Pfund, indem er Kohlenhydrate schnitt und sechsmal ins Fitnessstudio ging. Arnold sagt, dass er nahrungsabhängig war, ebenso wie von Alkohol und Drogen. Er schreibt seiner Frau zu, dass sie ihm auf seinem Weg zur Genesung geholfen hat, indem sie Mahlzeiten zubereitet und ihn unterstützt hat. Angeblich litt Arnold auch an Schlafapnoe, und 2014 schrieb er einen Essay für TODAY, in dem er seine Gefühle und Gedanken über den Umgang mit der Krankheit sowie seine Reise zur Gewichtsabnahme zum Ausdruck brachte. .
