Ruben Studdard – 119 Pfund – Diät & Sport
Ein damals großer Ruben Studdard nahm die zweite Staffel von American Idol in Anspruch und wurde noch im selben Jahr für einen Grammy Award nominiert, noch bevor er sein erstes Studioalbum veröffentlichte. Er wurde vegan und verlor unglaubliche 100 Pfund, aber leider hielt er es nicht zurück. Zehn Jahre später wurde Studdard auf The Biggest Loser besetzt und verlor mit viel Engagement beeindruckende 129 Pfund. Dann nahm er wieder etwas von dem Gewicht zu, aber er war entschlossen, nicht zu seiner älteren Figur zurückzukehren. Heute pflegt er ein viel schlankeres Bild, und wie Sie sehen können, ist er ziemlich glücklich darüber!
