O chef britânico Tom Kerridge claramente aprecia sua comida. Não só ele tem duas estrelas Michelin, mas ele também sofreu com ganho de peso até os 40 anos de idade. Decidindo não fazer cirurgias de colo e usando seu amplo conhecimento de comida para ajudar, ele mudou drasticamente sua dieta e cortou os carboidratos. Três anos de um plano de dieta saudável e reduzindo sua ingestão de álcool e ele eventualmente perdeu 76 quilos. Só para mostrar que uma cirurgia de manga gástrica pode ser desnecessária … isso que é querer provar um ponto não é mesmo?
