John Goodman – 45+ quilos – Dieta & Exercícios
John Goodman é um caso extremo de mudança de corpo, literalmente parece que o original foi sugado para dentro de uma máquina ou algo do tipo, o ator que sempre foi naturalmente do tipo “grandalhão” decidiu perder cerca de 45 quilos, e desde então parece mais feliz e saudável. Assim como outros atores que sofreram grandes perdas de peso, John se dizia mais bem disposto e com mais energia para o trabalho após sua mudança de estilo de vida. Além de perder todo esse peso o ator tinha que manter uma séria rotina de exercícios visando manter a massa magra e não voltar ao peso anterior.
