Peter Ostrum — 61, Veterinarian
Peter Ostrum’s only film role was as Charlie Buckett on Willy Wonka & the Chocolate Factory but despite gaining fame at the age of 12, Ostrum refused to sign a 3-year contract. We don’t often hear about someone not wanting to be famous but Ostrum is even reluctant to speak about his only role. He decided to pursue veterinary medicine instead and became a vet. He discovered his true passion after his family acquired a horse. Now a 61-year-old, Ostrum has taken part in the Veterinarians on Call video series, in 2018.
