Monica Seles war eine unglaublich talentierte Tennisspielerin. Dieser Traum wurde tragischerweise durch massive Gewichtszunahme gestohlen. Leider wurde sie 1993 Opfer eines Stiches, nachdem ein verrückter Fan sie angegriffen hatte. Dies hatte nicht nur einen starken Einfluss auf ihren psychischen Zustand, sondern führte auch zu einer Essstörung, die dazu führte, dass sie auf den Pfunden packte. Schließlich packte sie ihre Probleme an und begann, richtig zu essen und wechselte zu Mahlzeiten, die aus der optimalen Ernährung zusammen mit einer Seite des Trainings und der Trainingseinheiten bestanden. Es erwies sich als erfolgreich und half ihr, 37 Pfund von ihrem Rahmen zu verlieren.
