Christian Bale – 70 Pfund – Nulldiät
Christian Bale widmet sich seiner Karriere genauso sehr wie er sie gut beherrscht, nachdem er seinen Körper durch einige dramatische Veränderungen für seine vielseitigen Rollen geführt hat. Bale blähte seinen 6-Fuß-Rahmen 2002 auf etwa 190 Pfund Muskel für Reign of Fire auf, um kurz darauf 70 Pfund für seine Rolle im Thriller The Machinist von 2004 abzunehmen. Er setzte dann Muskel wieder auf für Batman Begins und wandte sich an Cheeseburger, um 50 Pfund für American Hustle zu gewinnen. Wir fragen uns, was die nächste Rolle ihn durchbringen wird….
