Er erklärte, dass das erste, was er umschaltete, seine Mahlzeiten waren, indem er nährstoffreiche Lebensmittel mit einem niedrigen glykämischen Index konsumierte. Es half, sein Energieniveau zu steigern und ihn länger voll zu halten. Er trainierte auch fünfmal pro Woche mit einem Trainer, um die unglaublichen Ergebnisse zu erzielen.
