Adam Richman 70 Pfund – Vegane Ernährung & Sport
Richman machte seine Liebe zur Gastronomie mit seiner Show Man V. Food, in der er konkurrenzfähige Ess-Talente präsentierte. Richman nahm eine beträchtliche Menge an Gewicht zu und litt unter Depressionen, bis er sich von der Show zurückzog, um sich auf seine Gesundheit zu konzentrieren. Der Fußballspieler führte ein Trainingsprogramm und eine vegane Ernährung ein, die den professionellen Fußballspielern ähneln, und verlor in nur 10 Monaten 70 Pfund. Er erzielte den Erfolg über einen Zeitraum von zehn Monaten und scherzte, dass er jetzt mehr Platz in den Flugzeugen haben könnte. Glücklicherweise hat er 2014 auch wieder die Moderation von Fernsehsendungen übernommen, nachdem er 2012 von der Moderation zurückgetreten war.
