The German actor famous for his role in Code Black is now among the residence of the newly built estate in Manhattan beach. The $2.68 Million beach house stretches out to 3588 square feet and is a combination of oak wood floors and marble furnishings, which complements each other very well against the overall dim walls encompassing the compound. The white-themed kitchen leads to the living room while the folding door nearby reveals a patio. The house also features 5 bedrooms, 4 of which are situated upstairs. We expect regular visits to the beach from Kodjoe seeing as it’s only two miles apart from his new abode.
