Thomas Gottschalk – $7.9 Million – Los Angeles
No one does it like Thomas Gottschalk. The German television host’s love language appear to be in a form of gifting properties to his (now ex-) wife. Gottshalk purchased an estate worth $7.9 million at one of the most opulent residential neighborhood in Malibu. One notable feature of the house is perhaps it’s three huge garages, which could hint at possible collection of cars in the near future. Apart from the main villa which expands to around 6474 square feet, the newly bought compound also boasts a pool house as well as a guess suite. Talk about a grand gesture.
