The German film maker has decided to let go one of his possessions at a staggering price of $15 Million. The Santa Monica estate was fully furnished in 1934 and now rests on a stretch of land 3000 square feet wide. The embodiment of minimalist and contemporary mixture in design, Forster’s former abode is an abundance of wood furnishings and statement pieces. Worth every million, if you ask us.
