If you thought that Stellan Skarsgård is the only star that Sweden has produced, then you’re wrong. Right before him, Max Von Sydow proves why Sweden is considered to be among the most successful countries in Europe, film-wise. Starting his career in the ’50s, the legendary actor still fills his bank account until nowadays, even if he’s 90. In 2015, he appeared on Star Wars: The Force Awakens, while he also portrayed the Three-Eyed-Raven in HBO’s hit, Game of Thrones. He’s happily married to his second wife Catherine Brelet since 1997, and be became a French citizen in 2002.
