Matt Damon – Lost 40 Pounds
Matt Damon is one of the best-known faces of Hollywood, but the hard work that Damon puts into projects is also seen from the effort he puts into his character performances. For example, Damon went on a 100-day diet that included running and exercising for a smaller role in Courage Under Fire. He only had to appear on the set for two days, but to portray the role of an opiate-addicted soldier, Damon committed to the process by losing weight. The end result was a 40-pound lighter Damon who delivered an exemplary performance.
