Matthew Fox – Lost 40 Pounds, Shaved Head & Tattoos
Matthew Fox proved to be a true professional when he prepared for his role of the serial killer Picasso in Alex Cross. The movie required Fox to lose 40 pounds to become the frighteningly ripped character with tattoos and an urge to kill. The drastic body change shocked many since Fox looks really unrecognizable, but the ladies also got to enjoy his perfectly formed abs on the screen. Fox worked with celebrity trainer Simon Waterson and it took five months to achieve the transformation. He did mostly circuit training for about 90 minutes every day.
