Robert Downey Jr. – Layers Of Makeup & Prosthetic Hair
Robert Downey Jr. had to transform into a black man to truthfully portray the Oscar-winning actor in the comedy hit Tropic Thunder. Comic portrayals can be tricky for actors since it means leaving your ego at home if you want to do it right. Luckily, Downey Jr. took it with humor and did not even mind getting layers of makeup on his face to turn him into the black comic character. The team that worked on the transformation deserve accolades because Robert Downey Jr. is almost unrecognizable. He also didn’t receive backlash for essentially wearing a “blackface” for the Ben Stiller film.
