Actress Delta Burke was one of the lead actresses for the 80’s sitcom Designing Women. She won Miss Florida in 1974 which lead to her eventually becoming an actress. She had a wonderful few years in Hollywood before retiring. Throughout the years, Delta has dealt with body issues and living under a spotlight made it even more difficult to cope. Delta started to slowly change her lifestyle through better diet and workout routine to keep herself healthy and active.
