Nicole Sullivan – 35 Pounds – Diet & Exercise
Another fine example of weight loss through sheer determination, diet plans, and workout routines is Nicole Sullivan. She gained weight after having a baby and after failing to lose weight on her own, she partnered with the weight loss company Jenny Craig. Their controlled portions and psychological support helped her lose a total of 35 pounds. It just goes to show that if you implement a healthy diet and weight loss plan which includes exercise and nutritional eating, then you can’t really go wrong.
