He was even warned by doctors that he was putting his life on the line with his poor choices in lifestyle. At 400 pounds though, he decided that to get the ball rolling, he’d get gastric band surgery. From there he began working out and working on his fitness while also strictly following a healthy diet. His weight loss plan was very effective, helping him lose over 150 pounds.
