Her two-story estate clothed in majesty impresses anyone with its elaborate outdoor garden complete with an assortment of avocado and citrus trees and topped off with a 1937 backyard that is perfect for functions. Well, we are, especially as the property is currently listed to be worth $7.5 million! We also have to consider a few extra bucks that would cover both taxes and insurance for just about everything the house contains. We would be jumping on the purchase as quickly as we heard about it if we had the money.
