47. Alan Thicke – HEART ATTACK
Thicke died in 2016. His passing was sudden, and when he suffered a fatal heart attack, he was playing hockey with his son. The long-time TV host and Growing Pains star did not even make it to the medical facility where proper medical treatment could have been provided. Thicke, who was born in Canada, was inducted into the Canadian Hall of Fame. He started his career there, where he hosted numerous shows, including First Impressions and Animal Crack-Ups. Fortunately, his son Robin Thicke is now a famous musician, proving that stardom does run in the family.
