Slechts de naam kan onthullen dat Maya Thurman-Hawke de vrucht is van het creatieve erfgoed van Ethan Hawke en Uma Thurman. Het leek alsof ze voorbestemd was om de spotlights op te zoeken, en op jonge leeftijd ondernam Maya al stappen in die richting. Haar acteerdebuut maakte ze met een rol in de door de BBC geproduceerde miniserie “Little Women”, en ze zal weldra schitteren in het derde seizoen van Netflix’s hitserie “Stranger Things”.
