Doch ein Jahrzehnt später, mit 62 Jahren, sieht Ward besser aus als je zuvor. Sie enthüllt, dass ihre Körperfigur auf drei Cardio-Trainings pro Tag angewiesen ist, die hauptsächlich für ihren Stairmaster aufgewendet werden.
