Alexandra Neldel macht um ihr Privatleben ein großes Geheimnis, und umso mehr sie es geheim hält, um sie mehr Gerücht gibt es dann auch darüber. Bekannt ist sie durch die Soap Opera „Gute Zeiten, schlechte Zeiten“, wo sie von 1996 bis 1999 zu sehen war.
Den großen Durchbruch in Deutschland hatte sie allerdings mit der Rolle als „Lisa Plenske“ in der Sendung „Verliebt in Berlin“ und es gab sogar Fotos von ihr im Playboy. Im Laufe ihrer Karriere gab es immer wieder Gerüchte um ihr Liebesleben, was allerdings von ihre bestätigt ist, ist dass sie von 2005 bis 2008 mit dem Kameramann und Produzenten Christof Wahl zusammen war. Seitdem ist sie aber offiziell Single.
