Y es que los fans modernos pueden haber olvidado por completo a este gran actor que lamentablemente falleció en el año 2016. También El hombre elefante, Flash Gordon y en Labyrinth, otra película dirigida por George Lucas. Sufría de una enfermedad pulmonar crónica que con el tiempo pasó a ser mortal a pesar de recibir tratamiento médico regular. Su último papel lo dio en el episodio VII, la primera película de la última trilogía de Star Wars.
