89. Johnny Lewis – ACCIDENTE
A pesar del increíble éxito con papeles en series de ultra-popularidad como Sons of Anarchy y The OC, Lewis pasó por un momento difícil después de estar involucrado en un accidente de motocicleta. Su abogado de lesiones personales afirmó que había sufrido algunas consecuencias psicológicas y mentales permanentes que posteriormente llevaron a Lewis a comportarse de maneras muy extrañas. Hay distintas versiones sobre su muerte, pero la oficial dice que Lewis entró a la casa de la dueña del lugar donde vivía alquilado y la mato para luego suicidarse. Esto concuerda con un informe que decía que de no entrar en rehabilitación, las drogas y alcohol podrían llevarlo a hacer cosas muy malas.
