Neue Regeln werden aufgestellt
Veränderungen sind nie einfach, vor allem wenn es darum geht, langjährige Gewohnheiten aufzubrechen und neue zu etablieren. Das wussten Lexi und Danny, daher legte das Paar einige Regeln fest, damit sie ihre Ziele erreichen können. Auch arbeiten sie mit cleveren Tricks: Sie gingen Wetten mit Freunden ein bezüglich ihres Gewichtsverlustes, um ihre Motivation weiter zu steigern.
Im ersten Monat verzichteten beide vollständig auf Alkohol, kochten ausschließlich zu Hause, verboten sich jegliches Naschen und verpflichteten sich zu fünf Sporteinheiten pro Woche. Dies war natürlich eine radikale Umstellung im Vergleich zu ihrem bisherigen Lebensstil, aber beide waren nun fest entschlossen, diesen Plan umzusetzen und waren bereit, nahezu alles dafür zu tun.
