Gemeinsam schlanker: Ein übergewichtiges Paar verändert seinen Lebensstil und verwirklicht seine Träume

Ein Fitnessstudio zu besuchen ist unerlässlich, wenn man so ambitionierte Ziele verfolgt wie Lexi und Danny. Allerdings konnten sie nicht einfach in das nächstbeste Fitnessstudio gehen. Lexis Übergewicht erforderte spezielle Trainingsgeräte, denn sie war noch nicht in der Lage an den herkömmlichen Geräten zu trainieren.
Ihr hohes Körpergewicht führte außerdem zu starken Gelenkschmerzen und es bestand die Gefahr, dass sie sich beim Training schnell und schwer verletzte. Ein persönlicher Trainer war für das Paar jedoch keine Option, einerseits wegen der Kosten, andererseits aufgrund ihres Ehrgeizes, es alleine zu schaffen. Also mussten sie wohl oder übel ein geeignetes Fitnessstudio finden, das Lexis speziellen Bedürfnissen gerecht werden konnte.
