Ein Dasein zwischen TV und Teller
So perfekt Lexi und Danny füreinander waren, so ungünstig beeinflussten sie sich gegenseitig in Bezug auf ihren Lebensstil. Sie trieben keinen Sport und bewegten sich auch im Alltag kaum. Aktivitäten wie Fahrradfahren, Wandern oder einfach nur Spazierengehen waren bei ihrem Gewicht zu einer echten Herausforderung geworden.
Zwar war dem Paar durchaus bewusst, dass zu einem gesunden Leben auch körperliche Aktivität gehört, aber ihre alten Gewohnheiten waren stärker. Lexi war die erste, die sich das eingestand und offen zugab, in ihrem Körper nicht mehr glücklich zu sein. Aber die Erkenntnis reichte noch nicht aus, denn es war mehr als schwierig, die alten Muster zu durchbrechen. Bis das Unerwartete passierte.
