Doch warum entschied sich der Sänger für dieses spezielle Anwesen? Wendler plante zunächst, es nach seinen persönlichen Vorlieben umzugestalten. Ein älteres, renovierungsbedürftiges Haus bietet dafür die perfekte Grundlage.
