La estrella de rock, Jon Bon Jovi, compró este impresionante dúplex de 7.452 pies cuadrados en el año 2007 por algo cercano a los 24 millones de dólares. Desde entonces, ha gastado algunos millones más, y ahora el valor se ha disparado a aproximadamente a unos 42 millones. De hecho, alguien ya ofreció tanto dinero para comprarlo.
