The King of bizarre outfits is in the house, and he’s no other than Marilyn Manson, the hard-rock star who likes to draw attention whenever possible. At the 1998 MTV Awards, Manson rocked a custom-made leopard tuxedo with red and golden details, while it also had other features made out of silk. Manson’s appearance became even crazier when attendees spotted his then-girlfriend Rose McGowan wearing a fully see-through gown and a thong, without even wearing a bra! McGowan later claimed that that was her first public appearance after being indecently assaulted, and she wanted to make a statement.
