Hubo rumores de que Dennis Quaid vendió su rancho de 418 acres, que se estima costará alrededor de 14 millones dólares; pero al final fueron solo eso, rumores. El rancho se encuentra en el suroeste de Montana, tiene cuatro casas de huéspedes y una casa principal de 5.300 pies cuadrados, la cual cuenta con tres dormitorios y cuatro baños. Un rancho no estaría completo sin establos de caballos, senderos para montar y estanques de pesca; y el de Dennis Quaid no es la excepción. Ahora entendemos por qué no está dentro de sus planes venderlo.
