Also beschlossen sie, künftig selbst zu kochen und zu backen, anstatt auf Restaurants und Lieferservices zurückzugreifen, bei denen sie vorher Dauerkunden waren.
Jetzt wollten sie ihren Körpern etwas Gutes tun und genau wissen, was auf ihren Tellern landete. Obwohl die Zubereitung ihrer Mahlzeiten mehr Zeit in Anspruch nahm, stand der Geschmack der hausgemachten und gesunden Gerichte ihrem gewohnten Fastfood in nichts nach, im Gegenteil. Beide fingen an, sowohl das gesunde Essen als auch das Kochen wirklich zu genießen.
