Eva Mendes’ Hollywood  Hills home can be described in three words – ‘an artistic sanctuary.’ Estimated to be a modest $1.3 million (compared to her counterparts), Eva’s home measures up to 1,700 square feet and has three bedrooms with two baths. It also has a few custom made areas to spruce up its eclectic décor and has certainly appreciated since she bought the place in 2002 at only $584,000. Talk about a smart investment.

Jessica Chastain – Estimated $5.1 Million, New York

An ‘apartment’ would be too lowly a term for Jessica Chastain’s 9-room, 3,200 square feet New York home. Every part of the duplex is fitted with high windows and wooden panels. Her house contains a TV room, five fireplaces, gender-specific sinks, and a rain shower. We’d like to believe the actress is a lover of books because there’s also a massive library inside the property. Swoon!
