Former modeling figure Kimora Lee Simmons was first discovered by style titan Karl Lagerfeld, who made the beauty the focus of his 1989 Chanel runway show. Kimora soon shot to stardom, modeling for several other labels and hanging out with celebrities. In 1992, she married hip-hop producer Russell Simmons with whom she had two children. Later during the 2000s, she had her first reality show Kimora: Life in the Fab Lane. Following a brief marriage to actor Djimon Hounsou, Kimora then married former Goldman Sachs bank executive Tim Leissner. In total, her financial assets are estimated at $50 million.
