Hoewel Hanna Verboom in België geboren is, bracht ze haar vroege jeugd door in Afrika. Eenmaal in haar tienerjaren teruggekeerd naar Nederland ontdekte ze haar liefde voor acteren. Dit talent ontwikkelde ze verder aan de toneelacademie, wat leidde tot rollen in films zoals Deuce Bigalow, alsook in commercials en tv-series. Haar zelfvertrouwen en flair hielpen haar bij haar succesvolle rol als presentatrice bij Top of the Pops waarmee ze nog meer fans wist te bekoren. Tegenwoordig richt Hanna zich voornamelijk op het ondersteunen van liefdadigheidsinitiatieven en is ze minder op de rode loper terug te vinden.
