She is a great-great-grandmother who loves watching TV shows, keeps up with the celebrity news, and enjoys knitting! This is Ellen Gibbs, the supercentenarian from Canada who says that she never stopped eating butter and cream no matter what the doctors were saying. She believes that spending time with her family plays a significant role in her happiness and she most certainly enjoys making a big cake full of candles to blow every year for her birthday! On her 113th birthday this year, her age was certified and she was also gifted a Canadian flag!
