Rolltreppe ins Gym
Ins Gym zu kommen, ohne ins Schwitzen zu geraten? Kein Problem, zumindest nicht für die Mitglieder dieses Fitnessstudios. Statt die Treppe zu nehmen, haben sie die Möglichkeit, entspannt auf der Rolltreppe ins Fitnessstudio zu gleiten. Warum Energie verschwenden, bevor man überhaupt mit dem Training beginnt?
Vielleicht ist das auch einfach ihre Idee von Aufwärmen. Aber: Während sie auf der Rolltreppe stillstehen, könnten die Fitness-Fans genauso gut ihre Beinmuskeln trainieren. Aber gut, am Ende des Tages haben sie es immerhin ins Gym geschafft, wenn auch ganz ohne Anstrengung. Manchmal ist der Weg des geringsten Widerstands eben auch ein Weg zum Erfolg. Oder zumindest ins Studio!
